I am so tired of people coming forth saying, "We heard him talking about it, but we didn't take it seriously."

How many children and teachers have to die before we learn to speak up and take action against people who talk about doing violence to others.

ITS NOT A JOKE!!!!! Even talking about killing someone should be punishable.

Young students please, don't be afraid to speak up next time you hear someone talking about violence in your school. YOU MAY NOT GET A SECOND CHANCE!!!

Occasionally I'll receive some kind of chain letter that says the senders and receivers will receive real big, fat checks if they forward the letters to their friends. I always see these as a scam, so I decided to find out if anyone out there in cyberland has ever gotten an money from one. Please let us know. There is supposed one out there floating around that if you beta test an email program, you will get a min of $10,000. Yeah, right!!

Alcohol is a recreational drug like cannabis or cocaine. Just because it's legal doesn't seem a legitimate reason to allow it to be advertised. There is a case for legalising some or all recreational drugs but I've never heard anyone advocating that advertising them should be allowed.

If we banned alcohol advertising, wouldn't it only be the big corporations who would suffer, rather than individual citizens?

After all, if alcohol advertising works, it shouldn't be allowed, and if it doesn't, there's no reason for it.

If individual companies want to increase market share, they could make their produce more attractive rather than spending money on persuading people to buy it. Wouldn't word get around quickly?

And if one country banned alcohol advertising, maybe others would follow (like the ban on smoking in restaurants etc.)

What do you thinl?
