Well, remember, it is the People's Republic of California, now. How many of us grew up with at least one parent that smoked, and we're still here to tell about it? How many of us rode in the back of a pickup as a youngun, and all these cool things that the current generation is foampadded from being allowed to do?

The damnyankee gummint needs to worry about REAL problems, FFS, like, the illegal aliens. You want to come into the USA? Fine, do it the right way, and learn the language and the culture enough to get around, don't expect Americans to learn your language for you.

Well,,,,25 people a day are killed in this country by illegal aliens from either drunk driving or violent crimes, and that's not to mention the thefts, rapes and countless other offences that are occurring. Now I realize that we have these crimes being committed by Americans every day as well, but at least they are Americans, who have a right to be here.It certainly doesn't help matters that we have these sanctuary cities that are defying federal law.And sorry,,,,California is the worst in this reguard. There must be an agenda, because there is absolutely no political will to do anything about the invasion that is taking place. They bring in drugs, disease and a criminal element that has no respect for law and order and certainly have no intention of assimilating into our society.I grew up with parents that smoked.I'm still here.If they were really concerned about the children they would quit doing buisiness with china.

California is full of weirdo's I would imagine that they would be the first to come out with something like that. I am a nurse and yes I smoke and know better. I also have enough sense to know what second hand smoke does to others so I smoke outside the house and not in an enclosed vehicle in which non smokers are riding with me.I don't think that govt. should put restrictions on private citizens who are in their own domain i.e. their car, their house etc.
