I am seeing so many people, educated and well placed in job: hard working, good behaviours and etc : But because of their handsome earnings,or becasuse of their freeness in life, they are thinking that they are the masters in all: sometimes their talk, their way of work, behaviour and activities show their mind and thier unmaturity: But is it possible to make them to realise what they are and where they are??

Just wanted some opinions on the following questions:
What are some experiences that have given you anxiety? Why do you think public speaking is such a source of anxiety? What has helped you gain confidence in public speaking?

The fast food chain Checker's have these really stupid commercials of the competing left and ride sides. You know the ones, come to the left side...., no, come to the right side, ours comes with salsa music. Has anyone else noticed that the white guy is always outdoing the black guy? Is Checkers trying to say that white people are better or is this just a figment of my imagination?

PS. I am Native American, so don't think I'm just trying to exaggerate things or choose sides.

You know like the old fashioned metal swingsets and merry-go-rounds and teeter-totters? The kinds neighborhood parks use to have. I personally think that those were much more fun then the new stuff they have today. Dose anyone like the older stuff verses the newer stuff? Or is my family and myself the only ones who like them? Yeah I know that alot of states have taken them out due to insurance rates cause everyone is afraid of getting sued now days or because handicapped children cant go on those kind of stuff. Yeah i feel bad for them and they should have stuff to play with maybe just for them but dont take away the fun for other children who can play on the oldfashioned playgrond equipment. Does anyone know what im talking about and like the older playground equipment? Whats your opinion? Thanks.

Some believe women/minorities lack the motivation or will to become a CEO, or possibly just have different priorities than white men. Others think there are invisible barriers to their success. I am writing a paper about this for a class and would love your input!

That's a term that's never made sense to me. If a person loses his / her life, then doesn't that lead you to believe that that same person may or may not find it again, the same as with any other lost item? Wouldn't it be more appropriate and accurate to just say, "John and Jane Doe's lives were snuffed out this evening in a fiery two -car crash on state route 329"? Just wondering if such terminology bothers anyone else as much as it does me. In short, I don't see how one can lose his / her life without the possibility that they may or may not find it again.

ok here is my story. i waited tables for almost 8 years and i always hated working on sunday because of the CHURCH PEOPLE. they were always rude and cheap. they have a huge
a ss chip on their shoulder that saids"look at me i went to church today, i'm important!"
and what's worse, alot of them would not even tip us. instead they would give us a pamplet about jesus. I CAN'T PAY MY RENT WITH A FREAKIN PAMPLET!!!.
anyway i wonder how they would feel if they got a pamplet on payday instead of a pay check.
have any others servers out there experience this???

I feel nervous when I admit to being a drug user on line but I see questions about eating hallucinagins and in other web based communities teenagers are commited to their party themed goups and chat rooms.

i just wanna find out what you think are the best ways to curb drug abuse in your community. other than the usual campaigns, what do you think would be more effective in stemming this problem and reach out to youths especially. also, how do you think we can cope with this problem in the future where there are new challenges we may face?
im actually doing a paper on this topic and i wanted to get people's opinions on this. thanks!

People nowadays seem to be less friendly, and treat others like objects, and completely disregard whether they have feelings or not.

For me, whenever I try to do something nice for someone, or give a friendly gesture like offering someone my seat, or holding doors open, they don't even look at me.

No one gives or appreciates friendly gestures anymore. Is there any point left in trying to set good examples to our young?
