I have talk to few girls who have a boyfried in prison or people who know girl whose boyfriend is in prison.

I notice they tend to seems very proud of it and talk out loudly about it all of the time. I don't get the whole thing, why do some girls seems to really like the fact that their boyfriend is in prison?

Also I'm curious about what others think of those girls?

Personally I don't care much for them, I think they're a sad example of human. I think they're simply clinging onto a false hope of sense. I think they have accomplished nothing in life to be proud of so they think if they can change their loser boyfriend's way, they'll feel like they accomplish something.

I know if I was a girl and my boyfriend end up in prison for something stupid, I'll tell him to find a man to marry and leave him.

I still can't grasp why girl still cling to their boyfriend and show off about him being in prison. I would like to hear other's opinion on this.

I've left the US in 1998 and haven't been back since. People who went to visit told me every once in a while that the atmosphere is "a bit weird" now. What do they mean? How is life these days in America? Can someone describe it to me?
Thanks.

(not just from Mexico)
I realize since Mexico is just south of us and has been a pressing issue recently that they're probably the first group to come to mind ,but I'd like to know what you about immigration as a whole. At what point ,in your mind, do you draw the line on how much is too much and what is culturally acceptable? What do you think makes an "American". As a country I think we've been brought up to envision a pure, Christian, Go team go idealism when we think of what America is supposed to be as opposed to the melting pot concept that's often written on paper but not often thought of when ideaologies come to mind. What do you think?

that caucasions (or any other ethinicity, for that matter) don't stand for? What does it mean to be 'black and proud' in contrast to being 'caucasion and proud' or 'latino and proud' or 'asian and proud'?
I don't understand. What does one ethnicity have to be proud about over every other ethnicity? Are we to promote our accomplishments as a species based on our ethnicity? I think that way of thinking is small and simple and is one of the causes of the ongoing global animosity people have towards one another. (Along with religion, of course. Nothing is worse than religion.)
If you're proud of YOUR ethnicity and think you deserve special treatment, you're a RACIST, plain and simple.
Barack Obama's wife said her husband, AS A BLACK MAN, could get shot going to the gas station. What? Noone else could get shot going to the gas station? Anybody remember the 'Beltway Sniper'? Hmm..I think what she said was racist. Anybody?

You know how when women have sex they look fatter and wider because they've been "broken"? To me they look so weird. Then when they have kids they look even wider, fatter, and more crooked, because now they're even more "broken." I find this repulsive. I also find pregnancy, the way in which they become pregnant, and all this, totally disgusting. Thinking of all of this induces my vomit. You know how people think that when a man loves a woman they have sex and stuff? This is so fake, because how can this repulsive act be called love? Gross..Love is something pure, not this worthless **** or sex. You know how they also call it natural? Well, if it's so natural, how come women and everyone knows that when a virgin first has sex it hurts like hell, and she bleeds, and all these horrendous things. How in the infernal hell can this be called love? I know for sure its not love. It's sex, an animal act, and not love. People are nasty. Since all of this happens, then sex between a man and a

We have Black History month, okay, but why don't we have a White History month? I mean wouldn't it be fair to white people to be as much involved and intouch with our ancestery as blacks. I just don't understand this. Would it be racist if white people had a White History Month? I mean someone explain to me why white people in the 21st century are still paying for something that happened so long ago. I do not feel like I should still be feeling punished for something that is long time gone. To me, not allowing white people to have a White History Month is racism towards whites.

A few months back I bought a coat that was described as "faux fur" on ebay. As soon as I unwrapped it I was suspicious. I contacted the seller who honestly thought it wasn't real but I couldn't work out whether it was a good fake or the real thing, so it's hung in my wardrobe ever since. I am anti fur and didn't feel I could give it away/sell it without being sure.

I've just found out it is a type of sheepskin and I'm still not sure what to do - I feel weird about giving it away, keeping it or selling it. I have owned sheepskin/suede coats in the past, wear leather shoes and eat meat. Half my head thinks "I eat meat and it would be wrong not to make the best use of an animal that has provided me with nourishment" but other half thinks "just because it is sheep rather than fox or mink doesn't excuse me owning this coat." Am I a hypocrite? I know I'm not only person this has happened to, there's alot of suspiciously real looking fakes about. No hysterical ranting please
