The world is full of too much hate, Its awful the fact its got like this, and unfortunetly it seems its only going to get worse. How can it posibly get better as it wasnt like this 20 years ago, people had respect for each other, spoke proper english instead of all this strange slang being used these days, people had manners and knew how to say please and thankyou, you could go out for a drink and not worry about some idiot wanting a fight, you could send children to school without them coming home and finding them hanging in there bedroom because the kids at school wer complete jerks to them. It just makes me so mad that today everyone hates everyone!

What are your views, do you think its got worse and do you think it will get better or so much worse

I don’t think it is. I think the facts have been misrepresented.

One of the reasons why people think this is would be because SO many people have done pot, then if you look at the number of people that have done other things, then you have, on the surface, a convincing argument.

The problem with this is you need to focus on the percentage, not the actually numbers.

Using the logic of only looking at the numbers, you can say anything that is common is a gateway to anything else. Just look at all the people in North America that like Baseball. Now look at the number, not the percentage of those that have EVER tried cocaine. Baseball must be a gateway to cocaine.

The people that say that it is a gateway drug have probably never even tried it and don’t know enough people to accurately gauge the accuracy of the statement.
