So many people assume that all teenagers and other young people are promiscuous, or gothic, or just plain evil people. I feel that this is an unfair assumption. I know i am not a bad person, and i don't cut myself or anything. Does anyone else think that all these presumptions about teenagers need to stop?

Ok im just wondering why it is ok for blacks to have such organizations such as the NAACP. I think that if white people made an organization that was directly targeted towards whites only then there would be major controversy. Why is this?

At the beginning when they were introducing the captains for the teams every captain got cheered on except for #87(I think), Muhammad was his name which most likely indicates that he is Muslim was booed. I think they booed him for that and personally I think all those who booed should be ashamed. Who cares if he's Muslim, they should respect him and his beliefs and appreciate the fact that he scored a touchdown for Da Bears. What do you think?

I mean the ones they have when they are asleep and not their aspirations. Some people go into such detail. Its very hard to sound interested, I find, although I understand their fascination with it. I dream myself ! Maybe I should ask instead how to make the telling of your dreams interesting.

It's everywhere on this site lately! What gives? Don't people know that almost every child expert (EVEN Dr. Phil!) has agreed that spanking (never mind beating or hitting) children is not only not effective but causes long-term damage? Are people now totally in denial about their abusive pasts and unwilling to deal w/them or are they just lazy and/or abusive parents themselves now? I'm 21 and still at home etc i work a crap job and it feels like im still 16 its so strange like im thinking of going to college next year but i will be 22 and thats like not normal as most people have graduated at that age is there other people out there who had this problem? feels like time has passed but nothing has happened? i know its my fault etc i got comfortable with an easy life but now i want more but is it too late like fitting in etc? like i cant act my age because i dont feel like i have grown up but because im 21 i get judged as 21 it is a very strange feeling and im starting to feel it now lol does anyone have any advice about this or experiance of this?

people tend to hate change and unless something affects them directly they don't see the big deal in stereotypes and discrimination. not all teams disrespect the native american culture when using mascots as not all use red skin and utilize their symbols sacrilegiously but for those that do why dont people find this disrespectful and showing a lack of culture competency?

If I ask a question about anything, why do people behave this way or that way, people get pissed off and say I'm generalizing. Of course I am! Sometimes you have to generalize when you are asking questions. So why do people get so angry and scream "you're generalizing you're generalizing"?
