No, I haven't experienced that. I blame your parents - sounds like you're spoiled. I'm 23 - been working at my job for over 5 years, and I support 2 kids on my own.... while I go to school. It's never too late to start college. Give yourself a few months to prepare and get in! You'll see a lot of young people there, people your age, and people older than you. You're still young, you have plenty of time.

I'm 24 and just now am back in college. It's not nearly as bad as people say, and you certainly won't be the oldest person there. You'll have a better chance at a high paying job later on. You don't have to worry about fitting in as much, since it's not like high school. Don't fall into the trap of thinking you should be married with 3 kids by now, do the smart thing and don't mess your life up. =)

well, age is just a number. i feel the same way sometimes. i am 23 and people think i am 16 or 17. i try not to worry about that age stuff and just live my life! yes sometimes i feel like "what am i doing" but then again i say to myself i will just go with the flow. you will do what you want when you feel like it! dont rush into anything. listen to yourself. i noticed that alot of people are brainwashed into the system of "working hard" !! think about it..... throughout your young life you have kindergarden thru 12th grade, then you go off to college for 4-8 years....after that you try to get a job that will pay you little money until you are experienced then you have a family....then you are old and wrinkled..... WHERE IS YOUR LIFE???? Travel and see the world like i have! it gave me a whole new view of life! dont get brainwashed and end up in debt and be stressed out like everyone else in this country!!

Hey, it's not too late for anything, ever. My aunt's 45 and going to college yet again, just because she randomly decided she wasn't happy with the job she was at, so why not? Take advantage of the part of you that "never grew up"! Be a kid, and have fun with whatever you do. Why not work for a degree for video game design or something you find fun? Adults tend to make it seem like every job out there is boring, especially when they're not happy with their own. Find something you like and have fun with it.

I feel the same even though I have raised 2 kids I don't feel 41 and I don't feel like I have aged at all. I still feel like I did in high school just smarter if that makes any sense. I do have a few aches and pains I didn't have back then

first off don't look at every one else and what they are doing, just because they have fallen in to the trap does not mean you have to. go over seas and teach English there are lots of girls over there that don't care if you live at home, you are young in fact i respect you for not following the rest of the people be your self be different, surprise people, its OK to live at home that's why its called home. people are nuts now days. good luck to you.

reality will be a hard brick wall when you hit it, but you will have a great time at college if you can't learn to grow upo disgracefully. lol
