What about Yellow/Asian History month?
What about Brown/Latin History month?
What about Red/American Indian History month?

And everyone else I left out...

What about American History month? Are we not all Americans?

Last time I talked to a responsible, educated American who happened to be black he told me to not call him African-American nor Black, he was American.

it took us i don't even know how many thousands of years to go from using stone tools to using even the crudest copper tools. it took us considerably less time to go from copper to bronze, then from bronze to iron, then to steel, etc. it tooks us thousands of years to go from walking to riding animals, then just a few hundred to get to the cart/buggy, and even less time to invent an automobile. it tooks us less than a century to go from a short flight at Kitty Hawk to putting a man on th moon. man is creating technology faster and faster; what once took a thousand years to accomplish can now be done in a matter of days. so, back to the question, what's next for mankind?

Just curious. Why are you racist? Would you blame you family, friends, media, personal experience, or society in general? Why do you feel the way you do about others?

Do you feel that the black people who are thugs and unproductive in life make it hard for people to respect you if you are a hard working black person. Do you think that the white people who are racist make it hard for other racist to think that you think all people are equal if you are white. Do you think extremist Muslims make it harder for Muslims in general to be seen as good people. Do you feel that people who base their opinions on stereotypes are the ones that make it hard for people in your race or nationality to be seen as good people.

This May I am closing on a new house that I bought in Colorado, and put an ad in craigslist wanting roommates. Immediately I got responses, mostly from European women with atrocious spelling and grammar stating they want to rent a room, they want to send payment right away, and want my address. Is this some new scam from abroad that I am not aware of? Two of them were Swiss or German girls from west Africa. Coincidence? I'm testing the waters for good people, and would love some advice. Thanks.

Do you think our culture has gotten uglier due to Hollywood movies and sit-coms and reality tv and sports and especially the news ( watching the likes of Bill O'Reilly and Tucker Carlson and other news anchors every night) ??
I think our culture has lost its original American flavor and turned more into a commercialized pit hole of ugliness due mainly to the ugly shows and movies made in Holly wood!
Anybody else agree with me?
why does everybody around the world hate us?
It is because of two things 1. our government and 2. our Movies! (referred to as American Crap) by many everywhere else in the world!

I'm only 21 and I have the health, both mental and physical, of an 80 year old and an unhealthy one at that. There don't seem to be many positions in society available to me!

I have insanity and cancer. I have no hope of overcoming my depression. I've tried everything. I have had a horrible, traumatic life and nothing can heal me. I can't figure out how to imitate normal human expressions and I've been studying healthy people for years. My insanity has taken even more of a toll than that. It has hurt my health so bad that I have a metastasized cancerous tumour because I didn't follow healthy habits (like eating normally) all that well.

I do, however, want to be of some use during the time I have been drafted into (i.e life). Can I still serve people and perform some useful function even if I don't have much strength or vitality left or TIME left?

What now?

In the United States we have the freedom of religion. Atheism is in it's own right a religious belief, even though it is based on the disbelief in god. I feel I should be allowed to practice this, just as freely as any other religion practices their beliefs. My religion, Atheism, doesn't prohibit me from looking at porn, having a fetus aborted, or having a gay marrige, if that were my preferance. Yet if I choose to do any of these things, I have other religious groups imposing their morals or values on me, by trying to have these things made illegal or banned . Why is it so hard for them, to live by their beliefs and let the rest of us alone? I don't organize protest in front of their church on Sundays. No one forces Christians to marry gays, have abortions, or engage in what they consider improper sexual behavior. I wonder what would happen if Atheist would rise up as a group and start trying to impose our beliefs on other religions, the way they do with us.

I live in US and I dont like living here so much.
I think the culture really sucks.
Do some people in Australia not like living there also or does everybody like it?
I think it is our Hollywood that makes our culture so ugly. I mean we grew up watching some pretty rotten sit-coms and movies, so it affected our outlook and many it affected the way they act.
Did Australia also have many ugly television programs in the past 20-30 years as well?
Where is your movies and shows made?
