Racism still exist! I think to may people get caught up on what color the person is, instead of what good they have done and who they are inside. Who cares if there is a black persident, as long as he does a good job. we need to start looking inside the person and less on the color of the skin. Congradulations to the colts who by the way are made up of men of all colors. They sure set an example about how we all can work together no matter what color we are.

You know there is still racism where the media focuses on the race of the coach that won the Superbowl more than the actual game. Thats all Im hearing how it was an African American coach that won the Superbowl. Don't get me wrong its a good thing but if there was no racism the media would not even have to make a big deal about it. Thats just one example, I could go on but im so happy the Colts won.

I think it says a lot about the backwardness of American society when the biggest story coming out of the Super Bowl is the two coaches' skin colour. It should have been irrelevant and yet it was all anyone could talk about.

I think racism and bigotry still exist in America, but I also think that it's a convenient crutch to lean on when things don't go your way.

racism is bigger than ever really. I think it has more to do with the television and media wrongly portraying each other on the news and in films as well as these talk shows that is really fueling the fires. Especially now with the Mexican thing on the news all the time. They are everyday talking about these illegal aliens flaunting the law left and right taking your tax money. When in reality that is probably not the case at all. And they could stop it, but they dont. so it is kind of encouraged by our gov. and the media , I think. But people are people. Good and bad in every race.

YES they do have more rights than they did before but they are still disliked in a lot of states AND MERELY TOLERATED. MARTIN LUTHER KINGS dream has never been fully realized. and it's doubt full if it ever will be still to many poor black AMERICANS. and to many rich AFFLUENT white AMERICANS. who don't give a dam about the black people in there country. whether they live or die as long as there lifestyle continues. it's of no IMPORTANCE to them.

Racism is alive, well and growing. It just is decorated nicer than in the past so we don't see it. We have created a candy cane and lollipop world but rest assured it's all there the nasty stuff.

Racism still exist. At least there are no explicitly racist laws, and for that I am sure MLK is proud.
