If you refer to your menthol cigarettes as pimps - ghetto

If you fail to tip at least 15% each time you order at a restaurant or bar - ghetto

If you ask the waiter to substitute the garnish for an extra t-bone steak - ghetto

If you think being ghetto is cool - ghetto

If you make letters with your fingers and hands - ghetto

If you fail to make your pants fit correctly, or at least use a functional belt - ghetto

If you have shaped your hair into the shape of anyother object like a helicopter, or an elk - ghetto

If you speak a sentence that ends in "did"; for instance "you need your hair did" - ghetto

If you can not refrain from ending sentences with prepositions - ghetto.

If you do not know what a preposition is - ghetto

If you give direction in time, rather than distance - ghetto

If you think a prison term is just a part of life - ghetto

You think democrats actually give a damn about people who live in the ghetto - ghetto

You wear a t-shirt professing that you attended a family reunion - ghetto

Graffiti is art to you - ghetto

You are white, and speak in ebonics - ghetto

You do not know the difference in: They're, their and there; it's and its; were, we're, and were; here, hear, and hair; your and you're; and finally brake and break - ghetto

You will pay a cover charge to get close to a crime scene - ghetto

You have never worked 2 jobs, or at least gone to school and had a job - ghetto

you just cant understand why your welfare benefits can't last forever - ghetto

If you dont want to be labled as ghetto you need to not do whats below and respect yourself and those around you.basically it like being a rebel but not in a good way. I wouldnt take it as a compliment. If you live in the ghetto you still should want to be
known for MORE than just where you sleep at night.
so :
1.If you speak a lot of SLANG .
2.if you dont keep things that should be kept private ,private.
3.if you simply dont care what anyone else around you is doing & if you dont care if they are watching you do something you shouldnt.
4. if you act like you dont give a fck
those i would consider ghetto traits.
