Do african-americans really think this is a big deal? It just seems to me that there are so many bigger accomplishments than this, so why make such a big deal out of it? It's just a black coach in the super bowl!

I think the media is making this a big deal and if I were a black coach i think it would be a put down. The coaches skin color is being looked at more than their coaching abilities and thats not what coaching is all about. Just my opinion though.

No, are you kidding me? this is huge, huge stuff. Why it was just the other day i was complaining to my significant other that's there's not enough black coaches in the super bowl. .. huge! Alright! Touchdown.
