Or is it the modern day equivalent to the Red Scare, in that the government is using terrorism to control the masses? Is it as big a problem as you think, or is it just the media portrayal?

I have a male co worker in an office full of girls. I like every single one of the girls and I don't have any thing personal against this guy. The only thing is that when he is on the phone he is extremely loud and it irritates me and he's been spoken to about this and he still hasn't changed. He's also very feminine. He's not gay (he's married). He's not so much feminine as in his actions but the way he talks. He talks like he's a freaking girl. I know I sound horrible, I would rather him be gay than just a feminine man. Oh and then he asks questions that are sort of personal or he'll say things to make himself look like he's better or something. It seems like I'm fixating on him too much at work and I have to stop before I really cannot stand him and it makes it hard to come to work. Anyone have any ideas on how I can handle the situation?

In the USA the majority of people are still White, or at least the most dominant. So do white people view non-white people, or nonwhite people who still keep their families cultures alive.. as different and not reallly American...or do they accept us as equals even if we have accents and stuff?

Why do they come. They should stay in their country if they hate it so much. One stupid comment i got was one girl that said "I wanna go back to my country, it's so nice", "American food is so greasy".. Oh that was stupid cause greasy american food is in restaurants. But if you cook , it's not gonna be greasy. it depends on you. Well whatever, so these people keep complaining, are they being forced to come here?

So many female names are just variations of a guy's name, for example: Roberta, Paula, Victoria, Stephanie, Danielle.

As a writer, seeking names for characters--and in the interest of promoting feminism--I'd like to see how many names we can come up with that are purely feminine.

I’m in my early 30’s and recently purchased a cemetery plot. Rather that let it sit there and receive any use from it until I’m dead, I’ll like to partake in some summer activities this coming year. The grounds are kept so nice and the grass is so green, I’d like to sunbathe on it. I’d also like to get outdoors and use it for some stretching and yoga. I’ve told a few of my friends about these plans and they state the cemetery may not let me “hang out” there. I disagree – I bought the land and have the paper work to show anyone who may oppose my recreation. So, I guess my question – Is this acceptable? Don’t I have the right to do as I please, as the plot is mine?

I have never visited Ireland but am planning on spending a time there after I graduate from University in the Summer.

Obviously I know how general a question this is, but is Ireland back-packer friendly? I study archaeology so history would be my main interest, but I don't want to encounter problems enquiring with local Irish people about their past when I myself am English? I'd like to see rural and traditional rather than modern cosmopolitan life, so where is the best region? Anything particular I should look out for/ time of year I should go?

Thanks for answering my questions, I know it's a lot to take on board but I just want to be as prepared as possible (and sorry if I've offended anyone but I'm just unsure as to how the English might be recieved given our less than rosy past.

Thanks!

When people try and act all superior to you, saying they would never do that? All you can do is smile and say never say never. But, in reality, what they have done is far worse then the person they are casting down for having such behavior or making a statement they don't enjoy.

(UK question). I'm about to graduate from University with an unrelated degree and I am considering a career revolving around law enforcement. The thing is I'm too physically inept to become a Police Officer and acting a Support Officer or clerk doesn't appeal (selfish, I know, but it's how I feel).

I don't want to re-train as a solicitor/ lawyer primarily because I'd be closing in on 30 by the time I was qualified, but laos because I view the courts as where much of the law's infrastructure crumbles- are there any alternatives with reagrd to a career?

Thanks!

Please give serious answers :)

I have seen people who have done others injustice, who have stolen and who have deceived and many other bad things to others. I have seen them get extremely rich, tens and hundreds of millions of dollars. Most of them have become "honourable" citizens now, who give to charity a small amount of the money they have made using illegal, illegitimate means, trampling indiscriminately on others' rights. They vacation in beautiful places, paradise islands, and have lifestyles that suprpass many people's imagination. They laugh, they have lots of fun, they have all the friends money can buy, and some friends who are also thieves like themselves. You get what I want to say. People do so many bad things, and then what about justice? They don't pay for their wrongs. For all their bad things all they get is riches, nice lives, money, cars, vacations, expensive schools, admiration from poor people to whom they give some, and so on.
