Some people are not emotionally healthy, and let others' opinions and beliefs run their lives. People who are more emotionally healthy are more 'inner centered', meaning they have their own beliefs and value system that they live by. It's OK to have your own beliefs, values, feelings and your own way of doing things. Try always to be kind to others as you do what's best for you and your family.
