How to check whether the co-operative housing society accounts have been audited properly or not ?

Simply request a copy of the annual report. This document has to include the financial statements and the auditor's report. The auditor's report has to include an audit opinion on the financial statements.

Co-operative Societies are not a good friend while taking loans, but while depositing they are good to a great extent. This is seen in the present time of co-op. administration. Regarding transfer fee - if the house ownership is transferred, they should not charge anything from the loanee in that particular account under any Law.
