HABIT!!!! I'm the biggest procrastinator and it;s not helping me at all. Especially with school work.. I wait until the last minute to complete a project or study for a test. I also put off homework... I try to get things done but I get distracted, especially when Im working on something on the computer.. I'll just continue to look at websites or chat with friends,, Sometimes I give myse;f an excuse of me being busy with work and school. I think thats's lame excuse for it.. but its acceptabke to me.. Is it true that I can break a habit in 7 days?

Who do I call or contact? My neighbors are screaming at an infant (9 months)and fighting. The mother has an older child(age 3) by another man that the grandmother on her side has custody of. They fist fight and do drugs out in the open. The baby is always inside alone. I have tried to help by offering to watch the baby. They still don't care.

I'm a very sarcastic person. I'd like to hear from those of you out there who do not appreciate sarcasm. Why? Do you think it's mean? Do you have a hard time knowing when a person is and isn't being sarcastic? What is the deal with with that? Just seems like there are some people out there who cannot handle sarcasm. I'm truly trying to understand why and step into the shoes of the person who doesn't like it to see it from your perspective. Thanks!

I've been to the USA dozens of times and have always seen their country's flag flying from many homes and what I've been wondering is how many other countries fly their country's flag?
Now I'm talking about either flying it in front of, or on your house or having a flag visible from the street, say in a window. You don't have to explain why you do or don't fly it....all I'm wondering is....do you?
Americans can answer but I would really like people from other countries to weigh in. I already know Americans fly their flag quite a bit.
Please answer yes or no and tell me what country your from.
I'm from Canada and yes, I do fly my country's flag.
