The test isn't how many beers or drinks you had. It's how high is the alcohol level in you blood. Since people vary in their metabolizing alcohol, It is possible for a person to have an illegal amount of it in their blood even after one beer. I can think of a person whom I knew who had only one-third of her liver left. ONE drink, and she was as drunk as can be. So, yes!!

It depends on the legal blood alcohol content in your state. If you drink it and immediately drive, I guess it could be possible.
