Try and walk away from situations that are winding you up. Take time to calm down then things never seem to matter as much. Its hard but worth it. If you cant manage alone see the doctor there is a lot of help out there. Life to short to waste it being angry.

Why are you always so angry, whats making you like you are, you have to look at the root cause of the problem first before you can sort it out, when you have done that try counting to ten first before you go off on one or if its something that is really affecting your life then go see you doctor and he will refer you to a councillor for anger management, good luck.

Damned if I know. The smiling man is the one who has not yet heard the terrible news. I'm a cop and I get to see mankind (and womankind) at its worst: half-retarded thugs holding their pants up with their hand instead of a freakin' belt, "baby mama drama," molesters who look like they comb their hair with a porkchop, drug dealers living in mansions while I struggle to support my family, filthy, cowardly wife-beaters, worthless meth-heads digging their own grave one puff at a time, drunk drivers running down children...and then I have to hear "I'll have your badge! Don't you know who I am!? Why are you stopping me for not wearing a seatbelt when you should be catching REAL criminals!!!" whenever I write citations.

After awhile you just have to assign all of these things a low-level of importance - just stop caring so much - do your best everyday but don't expect praise. Don't be shocked when people are jerks (humanity's natural state) but appreciate it when they turn out to be decent and kind.

Start being and thinking positive!
Live is short to live with love and happiness and wasteful in being angry!!
Anger brings destruction and hate.Wrong decisions or doing or done are some reasons to anger as well.
You can stop getting angry only when you start living happily as I said before.
Spit off the grudge or fear or hate or whatever reason that has developed you to build in anger, let it go(anger)
Positive thinking, living & being is happiness.
Negative thinking, living & being is anger.
It may be simple for me but not as simple as said to you,so its you have to decide how you want to built in living with negative or posivity in life. Its only strife that you have to make it happen.Start thinking rite things in life and do things that could give you best results, thus it wud slowly part away the anger part out of you.

when you start getting angry just think to yourself am i making the situation any better the answer wll obviously be no.Take a step back and think because no matter how angry you get it wont alter any situation.Anger is a total waste of energy.Words that have helped me in the past are (what will be will be )and no amount of anger will change that.

Depending on the reason for your anger it may take time and a great deal of effort. You can learn to forgive others that have hurt, used or abused you by understanding what turned that person into a nasty human being. Once you feel some degree of compassion or sympathy for what caused them to be so nasty you can begin to forgive them. Forgiveness is the key to anger management.

talk your problem out with somebody. try a complete stranger, then a family member. holding anger in would only poison you. most likely whatever or whomever you're angry with probably moved on. so you need to do so too. stop playing in the mud of the past, look to the future. life's too short for that stuff. you got plenty more things to look forward to.

Find yourself. Most people's deepest source of anger is themselves. You allow other people's opinion's and perceptions change yours, and you get lost in the way people see you. You have to find a confidence that will always protect you from your anger. You can find peace and harmony in confidence. You have already taken the very first step by seeing something about yourself that you don't like. Change it. Change it by your self for yourself. Stop letting this world come down on you, and do for you first.

I used to be the same about 15 years ago, try a sport that you can use your anger to your advantage... like boxing, rugby, martial arts, football etc. It worked wonders for me and now i am really placid with loads of mates and no enemies.
