OK. My boyfriend got 'caught' speeding almost a year ago, and when he was pulled over, told 'I didn't catch you on record (no laser/camera/radar/anything) but i'd say you were going 80 in a 50 zone. BF is confused, can't have been going that fast as is a corner with spoon drain. Court case was last week, and in the statement the cop has lied - about his location - says he was on the street it happened when he wasn't. He says he caught BF on laser at 80 in a 50, says he'd had a fight with girlfriend - very not true! So this book of lies is what we have to fight - can it be done? Who will believe a 20 year old's word against an officer of the law? Any help on what we can do would be appreciated

What time of year and what were the circumstances? How did you cope?
We went 8 days during an ice storm but others in the area went without for over 20 days.

Yet of all another Q about women drivers! And yes i am a woman driver and to my knowledge (What i see happening around me when i drive) bad driving is not a gender thing! There are people who simply shouldn't be on the road, be they men/women. And after all these jokes about women drivers ... My pet hate is men with grey hair, usually wear a hat as well! They drive way below normal speed, indicate one way to turn another (That is when they ido indicate in a first place) and yes!!! Some women do that as well but!!! Why o Why pick on women drivers??? I meet more men bad drivers than women so there!!! Am i the only one wishing men would stop making fun of us ????

Hows your day going? Today on the way to work my tyre blew out and nearly caused quite a serious accident, i changed the tyre on my own (was quite proud of that!), then when i got to work my desk almost buckled under the weight of urgent work that came up (its friday for goodness sake!), then one of the blokes here chopped his finger off, now i've heard i may not get my passport back in time (i go on holiday in just over 6 weeks!).
So after my whinging, how are you all??? xxx
