Yeah, you give em youth centres and by next day it's all smashed up, things ripped out, windows all broken, chairs broken, tables axed up etc. Give them a padded cell with nothing to do, they will do no harm to themselves or damage any property (something other people paid for with hard earnt money!) let them jump and scream in this cell for hours until they can no more then they'll calm down. Parents are at fault too, they must keep an eye on their own child, you cannot expect the government to bring up your children. Nice, well-behaved and intelligent kids don't need youth centres because they can find things to do and do them well. Send them to boot camps if they are behaving like little sh*ts. Get the parents responsible and make them pay for damages caused by their unruly kids. There are sooooo many things a teenager can do, I can't believe they can't find something to do. At this age they should be thirsty for knowledge and new things to learn...Sports, dance, music, playing instruments, internet, design, webdesign, fashion, making films for community, creating artwork, helping their elders, tidying up the park from litter, cleaning up rivers&streams, learning another language, making friends with foreign teenagers and practice the new language, goind hiking, mountaineering, white water rafting, scouts, badminton, joining the cadets, flying kites, counseling teenagers who lost a parent, looking after small kids, bloody hell, there are so many things to do other than booze, mini skirts and drugs.
