Has anyone proven one race to be smarter than another race?

many times it has been done.
problem is whoever is doing it is using their own criteria
like an IQ test
For example native americans thought the colonizers were pretty dumb cuz they didn't know how to hunt, fish etc.
One has to have a way of judging and that comes out of the culture.
Each culture will prove their own smarter becasue of this
