My last dragon question I just likes asking these silly things they give me strange and cool answeres keep them coming.
This time Im speaking of fantasy books or what I have learned from them.

In many books the wighters state they can speak english or try to by mimicing but I want to know if its biologically possable for a lizard to if it had higher brain functions?

And a simular question on how they can write their own language as in dragonology, aposable thumbs?

A weird question and you will likely say no but whats the harm in asking, Im not talking ugly or evil, more along the lines of shreks dragon.
Or maybe a humanoid dragon ( Drakonian ) or dragon like in apperarence, i mean sexy dragonlady, strange people marry animals off the coast of the ocean where anythings legal.
( International waters ) or is that fake?

this is a unsolved mystery , why does a ghost always has to be human, why not animals, why can't chicken that has been killed for its meat come and haunt the butcher....why..whats the reason?
if ghost does exist why cant it be a animal.

Im not sure It will be easy but wont it be cool to blow fire, have wings to fly, super vision, razor sharp claws, whiplike tail, scary horns, can eat fish instad of fish not just cow also immune to the elements, also most viruses due to reptilian blood and invunerable to most weponry.

Would'nt that be good?
