wanting to know any old wives tales or omens about mice?

we had a very friendly mouse show up on the beach where my cousins wedding was taking place and what I want to know does any body have any old wives tales or omens about mice that i can take back to them. I think it would be kind of neat for them to have for them to remember

In Ireland if a mouse shows up at a wedding it means that they will have a happy home open to all friends.
