My last dragon question I just likes asking these silly things they give me strange and cool answeres keep them coming.
This time Im speaking of fantasy books or what I have learned from them.

In many books the wighters state they can speak english or try to by mimicing but I want to know if its biologically possable for a lizard to if it had higher brain functions?

And a simular question on how they can write their own language as in dragonology, aposable thumbs?

duh, chieff drogons are the only kind of dragon who can talk and speak english. as a matter a fact, they can speak different languages. usually these kind of dragon are very powerful, they're the leaders of ordinary dragons. usually, they're pure-blood dragons or cursed dragons (usually a wizard or a witch).

well, phisically, dragons cant talk like we do, but they're magical creatures, remember? so the voice (when communicating with humans) comes magically. but when communicating with other dragons, they use their language we will never be able to identify.

Errr... cats and dogs are real, and they can't speak English or write. What makes you think a dragon can?

Ok, suppose they live for a long time. So what? Tortoises live more than 100 years and in all that time they barely say a word.

Aaah.. dragons live longer than that, do they? So they don't speak English before their 100th birthday then? How do mummy and daddy dragons read their kiddie dragons bedtime stories then?

Do grow up.

dragons are mystical creatures with a much higher brain capasity than even humans. there fore im sure if they put their mind to it they could speek just about any language they wanted to.
As to writing. their writing is different than ours. depending on which fantysy book you are reading, any whear from using a claw to carve soemthing into a wall, using a human (or something with apposable thumbs) as a scribe. and theirs always that one that can speek and the words suddenly appear.

Dragons live for a very long time. They can speak several different languages and probably write in different languages as well.

Dragons have been known to take on human form and stay that ways for many years. The original language was draconic, then it moved to being old Latin and when that died down it was moved to english.

Dragons aren't real, so they can do whatever your imagination wants them to do. I guess they could write through some form of telekinesis

Maybe they have one really good human friend that writes the words for them as the dictate it. Or perhaps they originally scratched the text into the stone of their caves and then we came along and copied it......
