You don't have to speak fluently. You can even speak badly on one or two but as long as you know most of it...

I can speak Spanish decently. Same with French. I want to learn German and Italian.

I think the name is funny, my girlfriend and I go around calling each other honky all the time. (were both white) I even think it's funny when George Jefferson on the Jefferson calls us white people honkys. I'm not offended by it at all, am I missing the point of being called a HONKY?
