Mole , beauty spot ( in the skin) eg: a nice mole in your arm

Dot (in a cloth)eg: a polka-dot skirt

Lunar ( related to the moon) eg: lunar eclipse

if you want to use it as a name it would means MOLE , a dark spot in the skin

you can also use it as an as adjetive , and it would means something from the moon .

example:

LUNA means Moon
but with the "-ar", it looks like a verb ....
