I have another spanish phrase that I need the correct spelling for. A woman is begging her son not to get involved with a certain someone.

The phrase sounds like this phonetically...

Day - Low - So - Pleeko

I know there are obvious differences between the two countries but I've always thought of it as similar just like Japan and China. But they are different and both beautiful. ;)

A Spanish guy, he is a waiter in a tapas bar called me "SIMPARTICO". Was he being rude, sarcastic, polite, disrespectful or what. My wife says she knows but wont tell me, she said it will do my ego no good. I don't think i've got an ego but I can't argue with the C.E.O, she who must be obeyed.

sooo. i don't get it. like when/how do i use it?
example in book: il ETAIT 7 heures et demie quand elle EST RENTREE (It was 7:30 when she RETURNED HOME)
& it also says "the imperfect tense tis used to describe an ongoing condtion or a repeated/imcomplete action in the past/not telling the specific time.
but if it says "7:30", isn't that a specific time?

AHH SO CONFUSED. fix it plz?

If my Spanish is ok - will it be understandable by someone who only speaks catalan? Or are the languauges completely different - like English and Welsh for example? Do most natives of Catalonia speak Spanish or Catalan in daily life?

My dog likes to play fetch and chew on bones. She likes to go for walks also.
