Mine was from my mother and it was a sterling silver bracelet that said "In memory of my Dad"....he passed away 3 years ago from cancer.

This is probably the easiest question anybody could ever answer here on Yahoo! Answers, because it doesn't require any thinking or research to conduct your answer.
