I know that sounds bad, but here's my situation: I'm a college student, therefor have like no money. I have some pretty good friends and a big family and a boyfriend! I didn't have a job last year, so I just gave everyone cards. How does that sound again? or maybe some homemade recipe cookies? I know I want to buy my mom, boyfriend, sister, and best friend something. But what about everyone else? I don't really expect anything from them and would feel guilty if some other friends or family bought me gifts? I know that Christmas is about a month away, but I want to get everything taken care of as soon as I can. What should I do? What do you all do? What's a good way to please everyone? I like to please everyone and I like to give, I just wish it was more affordable?!

I just want to see which is which. Please don't fight! Another question: Would you be terribely offended if someone wished you with Merry Christmas instead of Happy Holidays (or vice versa). Please put your religion down if you wish..

We have been dating for 1.5 years now and he is currently stationed in Iraq. He loves the outdoors...camping, kayaking, hiking, and rock climbing. He also competes in triathlons and will be doing his second iron man next November. Last year, i gave him a flat faced watch and some running shoes...This year, i have no idea!! Please help...I love to give unique and meaningful gifts, i try to stay away from clothing for the most part.

As you may be aware a savings company called farepak have gone bust and all those families who have saved with them all year have lost all their money. About a million kids arnt going to have a happy xmas. If everyone sent in one present those kids would atleast have something to open on xmas day.
