What do you mean? Are you poor and want someone to get gifts for you and your child? Do you want someone to assist you with decorating your home?
You can contact a local church or community center and begin asking for help there. If you're poor, you might apply for food stamps or WIC (Women, Infants, and Children).
You can also write a letter to Santa and send it to the folks at Operation Santa Claus at the Post Office at West 33rd Street and Eighth Avenue in Manhattan in New York City. Some kind soul might pick up your letter and play elf to you.

I often pick up a letter from there. If that's the kind of help you want, maybe I or we on this board can assist a little. Send me a private message if that's the case.

What kind of help do you need? Do you need Christmas gifts and food? Try the Salvation Army, Catholic Charities, Good Neighbors, and the United Way. Also, check in with your place of worship. Many churches have families in need. Other parishioners chip in and buy gifts for the family.
The Salvation Army will see that food is delivered. Check with your local office. Get on the list soon. The staff there may be able to direct you to other sources of help.
Don't delay. Time's a-wasting!

Three year olds are pretty happy with any toy (or box). You could probably find something second hand like little cars and airplanes at Goodwill or most resale shops. Little Matchbox cars are pretty inexpensive wherever you go. I think you could please a little guy with about $20.00. Don't feel you need to keep up with the "Jones's" of this world, because it will never happen (for most of us).
Salvation Army helps with Christmas baskets, but you do have to sign up and bring things like proof of address and income as so many try to cheat the system. Good luck.
