I love him, but he didn't get me anything. When we woke up, he said Happy Valentine's Day, I gave him his present, he said thank you, and nothing else has been said. Do I have the right to be angry? I was not expecting anything huge, just a little card or something....

i went to sfgate.com, and it says the parade isn't until march 3rd. i know this sunday is the chinese lunar new year, and i was hoping and expecting there to be some celebrations this saturday and sunday in chinatown. i was especially looking forward to the parade. does anyone know if there are any events this weekend? or should i just wait til march 3rd (and is that the primary time for new year festivies??)? any details would be greatly appreciated as i was planning on hanging out in chinatown this weekend for the new year. thanks!

I had a HORRIBLE V Day yesterday. My bf'nd of 1 1/2 yrs. and I decided to go out this Friday since he had school last night and he's has a cold. I didn't get a call or nothing yesterday! It wouldn't have been as bad if I didn't have to see my c-workers get cards and gifts...and I got nothing. I would have been happy with a simple phone call. It was awful. Should I be so upset?

mine was my boyfriend made this magazine and the cover was a pic of us and said like this months topic "the most amazing girlfriend in the world" and like all this cute stuff and inside there were articles about things weve done,inside jokes,things we like to do..etc.it was so cute.also he wrote the most adorable poem ive ever seen in my life and made a calendar with pics of us for each month...it was incredible.it was also my one year with the guy.what a lucky girl i am.

The highlight of my day was a broken wrist and a long wait in the A&E department of a hospital!
I probably deserved it because I hate Valentine's Day due to the commercial aspect of it and I never have a good word to say about it.
Did you receive something better than my plaster cast?
