ive just got back from dropping off freerange farm produce in a local hotel/resturant..anyway this gentleman could see i had my arm's full.
"hang on there darling ill get the door for you"!
so' im pleased for help.
As far as im concerned it was manners. On his part.
after I passed him I said thankyou again.
Im minding my own business .Any way I was stopped by this woman and her friend.
The comment they made kind of annoyed me.
Your american accent !"you are one.of them!"
Well you really should know better,Im trying not to offend,
so I appolagise.Anyway they start having ago at the man that opened the door for me.
there saying how the way he spoke was not appropriate and was demeaning to women.
So I said that I did'nt mind. That it was just good manners, Its how some people are brought up like standing for a pregnant women so she can sit down or for someone elderly... was i right or was i wrong?

How come so much white men have lost the ability to make a woman feel special? Is it cause they feel lots of their women's sexual morals are too weak?

I have a very unique view of the world, but it would be nice to have someone to share it with. I'm a total non-conformist and an ultra liberal. The US paints this illusion of freedom when really we are ruled by an evil dictator called society. Lets all free our minds and smoke pot ;)

I`m conducting a survey, so the "how did they turn out" is of the upmost importance.

When I say hardest I mean the toughest, the "**** of the school" as we call it in England. Do Americans have anyone who the deem the hardest/ toughest and if they do what are they known as? Also did anyone ever go to a mixed sex school where the toughest was a girl?

Stereotypes are 99% of the time wrong... at least that is my approach when meeting new people and learning about new cultures. However, stereotypes are commonly used so I started to think about all the stereotypes (positive ones) about people... and I got stuck with caucasians... I couldn't think of one... please help. Thanks

Don't say this is a racist question. I'm asking this for a friend who is just truly curious about something. My friend's new neighbor's daughter is fifteen and she's very exotic looking. My friend doesn't want to sound rude and ask her what her ethnicity is so I'm asking on here to see if anyone has a clue about her ethnicity. She's got a creamy bronze/ivory type mix skin tone. It's sort of like Halle Berry's but it's got more of a reddish-brown shade. Her eyes are this almost unnatural looking blue color and her eyes sort of slant like asian eyes but she has eyelids and they're big. She's around 5'7/5'8 ft. Her hair's a red tone and thick. Her body's very feminine but muscular and long waisted if that helps. Her lips are a mix of red and pink and are thick (but not super thick). She has high cheekbones. If anyone would need to know anything else, ask and I'll post it. Thanks.

I guess what I am trying to get at is, how do those respective nicknames relate to African-Americans and Mexicans? What do those names mean and why are they associated with those respective peoples?

I am part Irish, but I am also part English and Scottish. I like my English and Scottish sides better because both my Scottish and English side had nobility and royalty in it, and they kicked the crap out of the Irish for more than 800 years, so I decided I would rather associate myself with winners rather than loser peasants. Plus, the Irish are drunks, they are poor, and they vote Democrat in the elections. (I am a Republican)

It is a fact that statistically men prefer brunettes. Why does it matter so much. Afterall, if you are a brunette it would be very easy to dye your hair blonde and vice versa.

I've been reading how "all" americans are this or that. If it's not right to make geralizations about anyone else then why is it okay to make them about Americans?
Because Americans are shallow and self-"absorbed. They don't care about the sacrifices, tribulations or accomplishments of non--Americans." (Skeff)
"ALL of the U.S. because they're trigger-happy, paranoid and narcissistic. Bad combo." (Kelvenst0ne)
