Ok. So what is up with all the hate?
Who cares if a person is black, white, mexican, italian, indian, german, british, etc.?
Who cares if a person is atheist, agnostic, christian, catholic, muslim, hindu, buddist, jewish, satanist, etc.?
Who cares if a person is "punk", "goth", "emo", "prep", "jock", etc.?
Who cares if a person is gay, straight, bi, or transgendered?
Honestly, what the hell happened to society!? Why are people so full of ignorance!? It's sickening! Anyone agree?
Hasn't anyone heard of tolerance and acceptance!?

I mean, John McCain uses the phrase "tar baby" to describe a sticky situation and now he's shaking in his boots that someone like Al Sharpton will brand him a racist. I'll bet Obama could have said the same thing without causing a stir. People shouldn't be so easily offended. This is America and you shouldn't be trembling in your boots every time you phrase something in a manner that others might not choose to. Seriously folks, I'm not being a smartass. If a white disagrees with a widley held opinion by black people on a racial issue does that make them a racist? It seems that a lot of the problems come from not being able to talk about the difficult issues without the r-word coming up. For instance if I disagreed about crime statistics, slavery reparations, affirmative action, bell curve data etc. I'm well aware that there is not one unified black opinion on these things just like whites, but attempt an answer without getting too negative or inflamed.

I realise that some Smart Lawyer after a few days will realise that this question can be answered by one word.but I would appeciate a slightly more expansive explanation.
A couple of weeks ago I bought my little 'ol laptop and although I am a beginner I did notice one or two things: the prevelance of PC jargon and "liberal" talk.
But a strange reluctance to apply them to all things "Brit"
