Is it now Official Us Government Policy that all Racism must be directed against "The Brits"?

Question

I realise that some Smart Lawyer after a few days will realise that this question can be answered by one word.but I would appeciate a slightly more expansive explanation.
A couple of weeks ago I bought my little 'ol laptop and although I am a beginner I did notice one or two things: the prevelance of PC jargon and "liberal" talk.
But a strange reluctance to apply them to all things "Brit"
Could some kind people enlighten me?

This will give about 5million black voters all relying on The new Labour "liberals"and its happy days for the PCers who have then a Power that Joe Stalin never thougt possible.

fell asleep trying to get through your question but as for the initial question; Americans seem to love Brits. They give a token Oscar every year to a British actor, like that old fart this year playing the ******* Queen, every new movie or tv series they watch has British actors, every band they listen to is British, they love Harry Potter.
In short everything that is big in Britain is instantly imported to the US. Whereas it used to be a real challenge for Brits like the Beatles to crack America, now they don't even have to try.
And Americans feel the need to be polite to Brits because they need them as an ally due to their strategic position in Europe. They don't choose the more competent Germans as their buddies because they can't be bothered to learn their language.
