Think Laci Peterson, Natalie Holloway. I'm sure there were tons of other girls/women missing at the time, but the media centered in on them. I've heard it's partly because they were both very attractive, esp. Laci Peterson, she was very beautiful I thought. Do you think this is true? Also, I hear ppl. say that if you're beautiful, in addition to being white, then the media will more likely center in on you, that a beautiful African-American or non-white girl who goes missing would be overlooked by a beautiful white girl that goes missing. Do you agree with this too? Why/why not?

Yeah, there are a few successsful ones. But most of them aren't, their just living from paycheck to paycheck, and average. Why isnt there alot of them that are millionaires and successful businees owners like Trump and all of these other white folk out here doing their thang! Sometimes I honestly think that its the man still bringing them down. I feel like they will never be richer than the white man, why is this? Why do they always have to work under the man and still never pass him financial wise???

I have been surfing YA under the culture/group category for a few days now, and I continue to see negative topics from whites making generalizations about all black people. Every hour I see at least three of them, degrading black culture, expressing wrong statistics that blacks are lower class, on welfare, criminals, angry, violence ETC. And Yes, I do see some blacks making similar topics toward whites, which i feel is wrong ,but the number of whites doing it on YA is three times as much.

Then, there are those white people that go from topic to topic, posting their negative opinions like its fact, for fun….no one reports them. As a upstanding citizen I refuse to believe that there are not any white people that think positive about blacks. Then, I went to school today and some of the same topics came up, most of the whites were quiet…blacks I know are outspoken and let you know what they are feeling. I wonder if most whites really believe these negative things about blacks and just aren’t speaking up? And maybe saying it on net because they arent face to face. Just wondering???

No racist jokes, Im asking a serious heart to heart question.

Why is it that in the country of America, white girls are scarred to death of black african american men?

In Germany or Italy black men do not receive such treatment as they do in America.

In the 'Black Almanac,' it states that only 5% of the total number of slaves imported into the Americas were brought to the United States, or 5% of the "guilt." In the United States, it's a well-established fact that slavery ONLY existed in the South, and ONLY practiced by 1% of the White population of the South. 1% of the South would be about 0.4% of the whole country. Okay, now we're at 0.4% of the blame. When slavery ended in the United States in 1865, at least 40% of our ancestors had NOT even gotten here yet! So lets adjust that figure. 60% of 0.4% is 0.24%. Jewish slave companies owned virtually all of the ships, that has got to be 50% of the blame, so now we're at 0.12%. Arab slavers and African chieftains were responsible for initially catching the people. That's got to be 25% of the blame, so the total "blame" on the ancestors of modern day White Americas is 0.09%.

Just curious because I get the nastiest looks from some of you guys and I was just wondering if it was because my husband is really hot. Does race even have anything to do with it. Do women, in general, just get jealous if you've got a hot boyfriend/husband?

I was told that I am not black just because I didnt know what a "scrapple" was. I was at the cafe here at my job and was hungry this morning. I wanted a breakfast sandwich and didnt know what scrapple meant. well the the lady (she's black) taking to order said how could you not know what it means? its a black thing! i cannot tell you how offended i was. so I told her that she was racist. then some janitor(also black) came by who i assume was her friend and she went and told him. he said "its food for our people, aren't you black?". I cannot tell you how offended I am that because i dont know a particular food. im not black. This ignorance makes me so upset. what do you think?

any other people of color been discriminated by your own damn race?

While riding the public transit from my university I overheard a man and a woman talking about how a person was being mean to other blacks. The man asked the woman if she was racist, she said no, she's black. These are educated people too, attending a major university. Many people assume you can only be racist towards blacks, not whites.

Second part of question: How come it's not politically correct to call white people European American? I know more about my specific European descent than a black person knows about their African descent. I will be offended if someone doesn't call me German/English American in the future.
