They watch AMERICAN movies and TV programs, they eat AMERICAN food, they listen to AMERICAN songs, they use AMERICAN technology, shop at AMERICAN stores, yet they hate America?

They'll chat "F*** America" today, and shop at their local American store tomorrow.
They'll chant "F*** America" while wearing NIKE swiss shoes.

They use the internet, car, plane, tv, radio - all american inventions, but they our country.

Lastly, they'll come onto an AMERICAN website, to express their hatred for America using American inventions.

You know you do! Everyone loves the people who have some hot model in their profile, and some ignorant youngsters go as far as to say things like "by the way, you're hot" when really who the hek knows whats on the other side of the screen! Scary really.

Most non-white people will use the broad term of "white" to identify a European-American person....and I really don't care....I am, however, interested if those people can tell the difference between a WASP versus an Eastern European Slavic person- or something to that effect

how come indians dont have to pay taxes, and get free education, and fish and hunt without licenses, and noone else can. they claim its because its part of their heritage, but then they shouldnt get to use guns or have tvs or things if they want to live like that. how is that fair to us taxpayers.

For the people who went through TAG/GATE programs and those who knew them, did the gifted participants achieve remarkable feats more often then the average joe once their high school days were finished.

I met some who couldn't complete college for whatever reason (I think they were too smart to deal w/ scheduled learning they could prob. learn on their own) as well as the book smart people who lacked enough common sense to make it in the "real" world.

just wondering what happened to the gifted people you knew.

I thought it was a really interesting read. No, I'm not racist, but I do often find it odd that people are so hung up on some of the urban legends about black inventions. By the way, I am in no way saying that blacks haven't contributed greatly to society, I'm just sharing something I found interesting.

So, here's the question: Why do we credit these "inventors" for things that they didn't invent?

So a couple people on this site insist that blacks are "intellectually inferior" but one thing they do not realize is that the olny reason blacks haven't been as educated is the white man is the white man! we have prevented them from achieving just as much as u all these years, but we blame it on their race, of course. Anyone care to agree or add something to this?

I asked someone to forgive me for something - and truth be told, I simply dont know why this person is so mad at me, or why I cant get along with this person, despite that I really love them as a person. I just wish that things weren't so hostile and resentful between us...
I left them a message that said I wish they could forgive me, but I really dont expect them to call me back for a very long time if at all....
And I was just wonder, spiritually, is that all I can do? I really dont think there is much more I can do on the physical plane - no matter what I do, I make them angry.

I asked this before, but I have not gotten many answers. I have French ancestors who were from Southern France. I can tell this because they had a Southern French name (Rey) that is also used in Spain and Italy. They had the characteristics of the majority of the Italian population; the very dark hair, the dark eyes, and tan skin. (Although some Italians have blonde hair and blue eyes). I would like to consider myself Italian, as long as it would be based on fact.
