You can't possibly know everybody so don't tell me that it's like a circle of friends since you don't even get to choose who to be members with and it's not even like a professional organisation of say apple growers cause in that case it's not secret and you know what it's purpouse is.

So what's the point?

It was called king by divine right, does this say something?
And this was present in all cultures in spite of the fact that they were separated geographically.

Do you think this was true or it was just a social way to keep control over the servants?

Yes, I'm going to take it here. Why is it that I see so many Afr. Am. men with their hair beautifully natural, with twists, locs, cornrows, afros, but Afr. Am. women with natural hair are few and far between? Why do I see and hear so many stories about Afr.Am. women who take so much crap from their men for going natural? Why is it that Afr. Am. women can so lovingly and tenderly grease her man's scalp and cornrow his beautiful kinks and coils, and then turn around and throw the creamy crack into her own hair, and sometimes even her young daughters hair as well? Why do I get weird and crosseyed looks and negative comments from Afr. Am. men, who themselves are sporting a sexy afro or dreads for not having my own hair "done"? Why did it take me 5 years of bickering and argueing with my husband, all the while lovingly maintaining his beautiful coily hair and scalp for him, to convince him that my hair is beautiful natural, and does not need to be straightened? WHY, WHY, WHY????

Firstly, let me say that I am not a racist. Its a very overused cliche but I have black and Asian friends and nothing is personal.
I do however feel that each country should look after its own and made to be responsible for them. I want Britain (England really) to remain British with the values we lived by years ago. I am sure many others feel the same about their own country.
I understand we have an obligation as humans to look after those not so fortunate but why just let everyone into our already overloaded country? Why isnt there a way of assisting the governments concerned and making other countries safer to live in?
I think I am coming across so naive but there has to be something better than what we have now.
To get back to my question, why am I always made to feel guilty for not wanting to throw open my arms and welcome every foreigner to these shores, legal or illegal? Arent we all entitled to an opinion?

My history teacher was giving us a Black histroy prject to do because he said that it's important for us to all now Blakc history because its everyone's history. All the white kids in my class we're all complaining and saying "why isn't there a white histroy month? I told them that there isn't a white histroy month because we talk about white history all day all the time in every history class. There is a Asian History month in May and a Latino/Native AMerican histroy month in Spetember.

mixture of all three...medium to dark brown hair, very fair skin, and blue eyes.

I have traced my ancestors back to the following families / clans from as far back as 400 A.D. Irish Scottis who emigrated to Scotland (hence the name Scotland), and the Darlings and Turners who were in England prior to the advent of record-keeping in 1066, as well as the clans of Scotland. Some of my family / clan names are:

Darling, White, Turner, Dean, Stone, MacGregor, Davidson, Lamont, MacGregor, MacPherson, Mackintosh, and Chattan.

I would LOVE to find relatives...people who look like me! I saw a picture of a Mackintosh in Scotland, who spelled his name McIntosh, who very strongly resembled my mother, but not me so much.
