It has to do with PRICE!
Other than ground beef, chicken is probably the cheapest meat that you can get.
Back in the day, remember, Black people couldn't afford good food - because of the job/racism thing (whites only).
Therefore, Black people had to put food on the table - by any means necessary.
Most (in the South) raised chickens and cooked them - no money spent.
Ancestors did what they had to do....
The mind is a terrible thing to waste. Each one, teach one...

Not all Black people love fried chicken. And it's mainly a regional thing. Southern Blacks most likely will eat fried chicken more than Northern Blacks. Just like southern whites most likely will eat fried chicken more than Northern whites. It has nothing, I repeat nothing to do with race.

They feel like it, not all black like fried chicken, its not the blacks who like fried chicken it could be every race that like fried chicken. Learn from that mistake.

That's more of a Southern thing than just a "black" thing. I grew up on fried chicken, simply because it was cheap, easy to make, and it just tastes so damn good! Classic comfort food.
