You look like cowards. You come on here and spew your little rants, yet you cower at any possibility of reading a hostile response.

Honestly, is just seems like you don't have any heart. Anyone can insult someone, but apparently most can't take a dose of their own medicine.

Tsk. Tsk.

And, i'm sure a lot of the very people i'm talking about will respond to this and to them I say "Yea..yea...OK...Shut up! Talk to me when you've got some real balls."

BTW - Kudos to the big mouths with communications. It shows that you aren't afraid of the backlash.

To err is human, to forgive devine; I willfully sinned tho.

I abused our intersting site by asking an inappropriate question.

I promise I shall be more decent forthwith.

Is that ok?

How come it always says : "Hispanic or Latino - a person of Mexican, Puerto Rican, Cuban, Central South America, or other Spanish culture or origin, regardless of race" and Dominican is not on there, but Cuban and Puerto Rican is? It makes it seem like they don't consider us Hispanic or Latino.

for several years now, the generation known as baby boomers has been retiring. and there are a lot of baby boomers not yet retired.
why is it that in north american news it is so widely discussed as to what these boomers are going to 'cost the country', when in fact these same folks have been paying their way all their working years? not only in taxes, medical plans, social programs, aid to foreign countries and any other program the government comes up with to take more money out of their paychecks, but also in the fact that this age group sent men and women off to fight in a world war? many great inventions came from this age group, many great works of art, literature, came from this age group.
they have paid their dues over and over again, so why does north american media insist on portraying them as a scourge on society?
they are honorable everyday working class folk who have worked hard all their lives & deserve the respect of their country for all their accomplishments.

Did anyone see the news last night where the Japanese were slaughtering all those dolphins. It was so horrific to watch them being killed so inhumanely. I really want to do something but don't know where to start. Is there anyway of getting this kind of thing banned and where do you start. I didn't think anyone eat dolphins how naive I am.

Please help I can't get the image out of my head.
Can we make a difference?

Someone can dis like people who do certain things and not be racist. Mabey it's being prejudice but certain kinds of prejudice are normal and healthy. Lets say I don't like it when people chew with thier mouth open. I am not going to like a lot of people who do that. It's the same when it comes to cultures. I don't like it when people purposely destroy the english, I don't like it when people where thier pants at thier ankles, I don't like it when people are loud and shout stupid things. Most black people (cuz it seems to be the culture of most of them) are this way and I don't like it. I have come to realize that I am pretty prejudice when it comes to black people and puerto ricans. I am not going to try to hide it and tell myself I am not anymore. I went to elementary school as a minority white. All the black kids did stupid things and looking back extremely violent and foul mouthed for the age. .

They claim to want to be treated as equal's but obviously they don't. I look around and there's an all black channel, all black scholarships, all black clubs, a black history month, they even want to be called african americans instead of just american. I don't get how black people can say they want to be equal when they obviously want special treatment and to be different. I don't think people should try to force people to treat black's ( and all race's for that matter) the same because they are not. In the eyes of the law they are, but there are obvious culture differences between American's of european dissent and african. Lets say there was a white american scholarship. That would never be allowed and anyone who supported it would be called a racist. That would be a racist thing, all black scholarships are racist, by having them that proves blacks actually don't want to be treated the same. I thnk they milk the whole slavery thing and whites cave in.

Does anyone else think it is funny that Prince Charles, of England, told the Arab country they should ban McDonalds because of the fat content? This is from a guy who lives in a country that deep fat fries fish and potatoes, a country that consumes millions of quarts of rich beer every day.

Why do people swear? I think a lot of guys do to portray an image of toughness. I don't think it makes them tough, I think it degrades them. Having a "potty mouth" isn't very flattering. I think others swear because they think it's more "real" than if they use a different word. What do you think? Do you swear? (I mean "cuss"). I've sworn at times. I wish I hadn't but I did. What are your thoughts?
