If a particular person belonging to any of these minorities is financially well set, he/she should opt out of the reservation benefits oferred to him/her by the government. That's his/her responsibility. But most the times, they don't do so, and create problems for the ones wh oactually should avail the benefit...

They need to continue to vote for the parties that want to divide the nation on the basis of caste, creed and religion.

Obviously we cannot expect them to shun the policies of the ruling party because it is beneficial to them.

Hence our country is going to lose out in the long run.

Their responsiblities are the same as any other national's. They are fulfilling to their extent. They are downtrodden and made backward by powerful high castes. What more is expected from them?

I feel that irrespective of the past each and every individual should be treated as equal. Everybody should be given equal oppurtunity for each and every work.
