Lots of people have problems with gays,lesbians,blacks,muslims,jews and other stuff like that.Why can't people just realize that they are people,too.We are all the same.Some people can be really stupid to not realize that everyone is human.

Some black folk tend to believe that the white man "owes" them something or should feel shamed over equal rights and slavery.
Question:
Does anyone know (with references) what percentage of the white community is an actual descendant of a slave owner in America?

For example, my great grandparents settled here in 1915. Long after slave ownership was abolished.

I can't find anywhere that would give me this information. Census ect.

I post questions on her about gay people and I always get a White People Talking about how it was for blacks in comparisson to how it is for Gay people. It's not the same. Straight up a Gay White Dude that can't get Married, or Make out in public or whatever you people do, that is not the same as Being Black and having our history and the issues we face. Blacks fought for our right to just be here, Gays are fighting for tolerence of thier lifestyle. Thats not the same.

I have been with a very domineering company for 9 years. I question a lot of their policies. I was told by a past boss,"The company has gone to the trouble to put on this luncheon for you and you WILL participate!" Since then, I refuse to participate in any activity(lunches, baby showers, birthday parties) that is not mandatory. I won't quit, the pay and benefits are good. Am I wrong to feel this way?
