Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender - March 2007

When my second son was born (3rd in line) and got around 2 or 3, I noticed rather than play with his cars and trucks he would be sitting with his elder sister playing with barbie dolls. Then as he got older, instead of playing football ect with his brother or friends at school he would be home playing barbies and putting makeup on dolls. I can say I new (not even guessed) that he was to be gay. To meet him today, no one would know for sure as he is not flamboyant and thank god not still playing with barbies (haha). He told me he did not know untill he was about 13/14, I feel I knew all along. For those that have come out (and good on ya!!) do you think your parents new deep down.

I have noticed the same question again and again. Girls don't seem to be interested in the guys who happen to be interested in them , but the guy who doesn't care.

teenage relationships are awkward for all. Even when the cool people find each other , they are often disappointed.

So guys , give up the secret. How does a girl know if you like them, that way when you are not chasing them? It also seems you're not picking up their hints.

Give it up, they want to know. They're looking , they're smiling.

Where did you learn your homophobic "values?" Why do you follow them? Do you ever plan to start thinking for yourselves, rather than follow blindly? I honestly want to know where homophobia stems from these days, and why people who should know better tend to take the "hatred" route. I'm almost 30 and I grew up with pretty accepting peers. I hear these words of hate coming from youngsters of only 12 or 13 and am wondering if society is in a backward slide.

I am just wondering why so many people have or talk about sex. I mean it is not everything. Why do stupid people pay for it with cash. Why is it when a women sleeps with a man she a bad word. but when a man does he is cool. Why is people engagin in sex when their are diseases,. NO condom doesn't protect you form everything.
