Sweetness from one Gay woman to another, let me tell you that you're still in God's Home and he Loves you very very much. You take the Bible and you put it back on the shelf. Do you realise that there are 6 admonitions for homosexuals in it and yet there are over 300 admonitions for heterosexuals? Which ones do you think God is really worried about? It's NOT us!! The only reason the Rightwingers are harping at us is to take the public's mind off of the War, our loss of Freedoms and other things too devious to mention. God Loves You.
I really want to repeat this until you get it into your head and especially into your heart. God Loves You and Jesus Adores You. You've never lost that loves, you just forgot you had it. It literally was robbed from you by people who had no right to take it from you.
Take it back and put it back where it belongs, in your heart and calm and comfort yourself. God loves you so much. You've never left the tender embrace of his hand, he's always had an arm around your shoulder. Give me a write if you need to. Blessings.

The bible also says not to judge, does that mean that all those who have laid judgment on another are no longer welcome? How about the part about adultery, or not working on the sabbath, or men not being in the presence of a woman during menstruation and so on and so on. Do you see where I am going here? I don't think there is any reconciliation needed. God created us all, is your homosexuality a choice? I know mine is not, so that must have been made a part of me when I was created, why should I feel bad or apologize for something I did not do and can not change. We are all loved.

Well, and I don't want to be rude, so please don't take it that way. But the Bible does say that homosexuality is a sin. Were you and Him close before you were gay? He didn't make you this way, it was your choice. Because He wouldn't make you a way that he didn't approve of. That's where free will came in. But- you know that He does love you no matter what, because you ARE HIS CHILD. But maybe you are feeling guilty for being gay. That is the only thing that I can think of. Try surrounding yourself in the bible and reading what it says about homosexuality. Maybe you'll get a new view on everything, and even ask God for forgiveness. Because like I said, he loves you no matter what. But I'll be praying for you that you and He can have a relationship as before. And that maybe through all this, you'll realize your sins. God Bless.

I can understand your pain and feel sad that society has made such decisions for you. I do beleive that homosexuality is a sin but then we are all sinners as there was only one perfect being Jesus. I suggest you read your bible and search for what you are looking for. Do you think that God made you gay or that this is a path you have chosen? This is a very hard subject but I beleive we are all worthy of forgivness. Dont be afraid to call on God again and let Him come into your heart and your life.

I think that you have a communication problem. That is; you are not communicating with him because of what someone else said. You shouldn't let anyone else get between you and Him.
If you still want to come to God-- He is drawing you. Since when was being straight a prerequisite of trusting Him? If you were a Christian, or are a Christian, didn't you tell Him that you were a sinner? So what's the beef? You told Him and I'm very sure that He knows anyway, so the block between you and Him wouldn't have happened unless you put it there.
The desire that you wrote about tells me that He's still willing. Now it's your move.

The "Bible" is fiction and does not specifically say anything about homosexuality.
I don't believe you are a gay woman either. Most if not all homosexual women call themselves Lesbians. So it makes it sound like you are here to only cause problems.

EDIT to the individual who personally contacted me: if you need to debate religion, take a class. i'm not interested in hearing a hateful rendition of a narrow-minded bigots take on a what has been written and edited by some old men that want to control by hate and fear. also if you are going to be so literal about "your" bible, please make sure you don't pick and choose what is convenient for you. IT MAKES ALL OF YOU LOOK LIKE HYPOCRITES!

Beautiful.
You're on your way. Consult the Bible.
Keep at it.
Don't trust people.
Understand?
N - O - B - O - D - Y.
That's just ONE sin. Think what it took to put us all in the state we're all in. It took TWO people to do a very simple thing.
Just the book. Specially the parts that deal with the end. Like what you walked into? You can walk out of.
Oh, by the way; it isn't ' His ' house anymore. You'll find out if you keep at it. Nothing is hidden. Not now.
Hope this helps:

This is something that you have to look inside yourself to answer. God created you, as all things, and he loves you as one of his children. I have always looked at it like that. He created me, I am who I am. Why would He create me this way if He didn't approve of me? You are most likely going off of someone else's interpretation of the bible that was taught to you all your life. You have to read the bible on your own, and interpret it for yourself. If you still feel like you are living in sin, then maybe you shouldn't act on your feelings. I think that He would want you to be who He made you, and I think that He has been there all alone, your guilt because of the way that you were taught has taken you away from Him.

Invite God back into your heart. He loves you no matter what the Bible says. The Bible has been changed to what Man believes is correct. Don't let this affect your relationship with God. You can still be yourself and embrace him. :)

You don't miss God. You miss that general feeling of acceptance and love. God just represents that. If you're happy about who you are and everything, instead of looking at people in your life who disapprove of you, remember the people that support you and do love you.
