I might suggest if you have friends... that is what you look for in a guy for them to have all the qualities of a friend and being close enough to have a relationship

The best way is by getting to know people through normal, everyday human interaction. Get involved in a sport, do charity work, dance, local theater performance and the like.
Also, it greatly helps if other people you know and trust also know that you're gay. The more people you know who know you're gay, the better your chances of finding someone else.
It's not easy, and it can involve you taking a bit of a risk socially depending on where you live, but its most likely worth it.

Find out where your local LBGT lesbi gay transexual center is. Phone them or go there, they have youth groups etc, you will meet young friends there and other people who will advise you and help you. Im sure you will meet someone nice there. All the best David:)xxx

The same way the rest of us do - patience. I wish there were a magic place you could go to meet nice, well adjusted, friendly, attractive people, but there isn't. So you go about your life doing what you need to do and you meet people along the way...
