Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender - March 2007

I have noticed lately, in spite of what the ladies say, there are a growing number of women with seemingly more balls than their man.

In fact, it almost seems like that now, women expect to be the dominant, stronger, aggressive sex, & enjoy knowing they can do as they wish.

The subservience of the male never ceases to amaze me. I have seem ladies applying lipstick & eyeshadow to their "manly" men.

Is this a growing trend? Is man destined to become feminized, replaced by dominant women?

Don't women like strong beastly men anymore? Or are they all becoming effeminate?

I would love to hear your honest response pls. Thank you!

I have considered SRS, but because of my job and my family's beliefs, it's been a hard thing to attempt. I am almost to the point of hating myself because I am not comfortable with who I am. My life partner does not have a problem with whatever decision I make. Any advice?

i came out the closet recently and im slowly telling my friends and family!!!some of them say they suspected it for a long time but others are still in shock!!!!i knew that it wouldnt be easy but when they saw me as straight they were different than what they are now!!!!will they get over it and accept me or do i make peace with it and move on??i know my true friends will accept me!!!!

Most of the guys you see in the gym are nice, toned, and really hot. Sometimes I feel wired working out right by them so i stay away and dont talk to them. I can talk to any girl thats not a problem, its just the guys. Im not Fat, but i am chubby as i think. I know which guys are gay and just want to go up to them and see if we could chill but i donno.

As I have asked one question in this forum that has drawn up some interesting answers, I must now ask this. It has always been a fantasy of mine to be with another woman. I am a straight female, however I find that as of late I have been wondering if my feelings could be more? Ok I was told by a friend that you can tell if a guy is gay/bi by eye contact true/false?

If it’s true then I know this guy at my job who is married, but ever since I first met him he has been staring me down HARD!!!! The first time I was walking down the hall and I looked ahead and he just looking at me while we was talking to someone.

I am new to this bi thing so I entered a room sat down and thought "what just happened, really happen?" So I walked back out went down the hallway into the cafe and back down the hallway and he did it again.

The second time I just locked eyes with him for about 8 sec. I punk'd out because I got nervous lol. Anyway every time I see him he would just look at me, but like always I punk out.

What should I do?

P.S. lets say if he is bi I'm not going to mess with him because he is married, however what should I do when I find myself in the "eye contact" thing again?

In no way shape or form am I bashing anyone on liking the same sex so lets just get that in the open. I am actually doing a study for my class and what we are trying to do is ask people their opionion or if they have any facts on weather or not they think people choose to be gay or are they actually in fact just born that way???

Once again.... this is not to bash anyone its a simple question that I think deserves some feed back.

Is it me or when others are against homosexuality, they always blame God for being against it? Pardon me if this is an ignorant question. It is my number one pet peeve with those against homosexuality. If you are against it, why can't YOU just admit you aren't comfortable with it and not blame it on a higher power or that it's part of your religion? I just think it's so ignorant when I hear someone say that God doesn't accept "gays". Maybe it's because my personal God is all loving and perfect in every way and I just can't see him condemning those who have a different orientation to a lifetime in hell. Does anybody else feel the same way or is it just me?

how come when guys(friends,brothers, cousins)watch porno movie together they feel confident, and comfortable of watching together, but when us girls watch porno movie together it just doesnt feel so comfortable(like girls try to show each other that they are not into it or not interested) I just cant get it>

I can't talk about gay people, o a hot chick or even watch a porn movie were there are two girls together because he gets upset and walks away from me. I am who I am and I didn't ask to be this way. I am a christian and also a virgin, no one knows that I am gay. It tears me up inside, what I want and feel seeing as I have been taught from an early age that homosexuality is wrong. I see others and the pull for love from somene is so strong. But I can not come out, because I would be abandoned by my family and possibly friends. I look to god for help but it never comes and i am so alone.

In my experience it's been women by far. I hate how women gossip and b*tch constantly. I have lived with men and women and i almost killed my self when i was living with all women. Not all women are like this, but i think the reason for this is that women's brains make them think and talk too much. there should be a pill to reduce this don't you think?Again ths does not apply to all women.

Dear all,

I recently heard that a lesbian couple got thrown out of an IHOP for kissing in public, down in Grandview, MO. I have to say this makes me angry, I am not very much aware of the struggle of gays. But it is an injustice, and it is not right.

How shall we ever approach the Courts with prosecuting such injustices, as the blacks did when injustices were committed unto them? That old spiritual of "We shall overcome" still applies in this day and age, even amongst the gay communities throughout the nation.
