Does he have the right to express those views while he is a high profile person and do those views consitute gay bashing?

I think that people , regardless of public position have the right to express which laws they do or do not support. Not agreeing with something is not bashing it, its simply not agreeing. 1st amendment rights are enshrined in the constitution and the people who would deprive this man of his rights would be the first to cry discrimination if the shoe were on the other foot.Were it not for the rights enshrined in the constitution gays would not have any of the rights they now enjoy.

YES Gay Marriage is ok if you are gay Answers to your list 1. it is if you are gay 2. only if they are gay in the first place 2.hanging around tall people will make you tall.-- So why are there dwarfs to tall parents etc 3.crazy behavior is not just for gay folks--crazy is ever where 4. So have gays, Women are only property if they want to be, Black and whites marry in most places ,divorce is legal in most places 5.Only if they marry a same sex partner also 6.Many straight marriages don`t end with children ,and every one has the right to marry any one they want regardless of the reason. 7. So why are there gay kids to straight parents, if straight parents only raise straight children then there are no gays around. Or are gays from gay parents whom you say can`t produce kids. 8. No because the churches spend so much time covering up the gay relationships the preists are having. 9. There are millions of kids from one parent familes that do very well for them selves ,and why then do more gays seem to have higher paying jobs and more money than a lot of straight folks 10.Gays have been around a very long time ans society foundations are still solid What will change the society foundations will be bigots, racists, And the un informed like your self. And i think one day get out of your ego and go out side and see that the world is changed alot since you know very little of the world and the modern chages that have happened while you were so busy finding ways to rubbish others that live their lives differently

No, I haven't heard of Tony Dungy Gay bashing. I think that he has a right to his opinion. I also think that Marge Schott had a right to hers. I disagreed with the way baseball handled her, which I think that they should have butted out.
All the things that the media wants to raise as a debate are suspect with me. They want to get viewers and subscribers. They don't care whose life they ruin.

Actually, since he was speaking as a representative of the organization, I feel that not only were his comments uncalled for I feel such bigotry should reflect on the city as well and eliminate their chance for the Superbowl bid in 2011.
If he were speaking as an individual, while I definitely do not agree with him, he has the right to say it. When speaking as the coach of the Colts, disparagement of others looks horrible for the team.

Yes he has the right. And no, it does not constitute gay bashing. We successfully voted against it in Wisconsin also. Civilization as we know it depends on it.
