Ok I was told by a friend that you can tell if a guy is gay/bi by eye contact true/false?

If it’s true then I know this guy at my job who is married, but ever since I first met him he has been staring me down HARD!!!! The first time I was walking down the hall and I looked ahead and he just looking at me while we was talking to someone.

I am new to this bi thing so I entered a room sat down and thought "what just happened, really happen?" So I walked back out went down the hallway into the cafe and back down the hallway and he did it again.

The second time I just locked eyes with him for about 8 sec. I punk'd out because I got nervous lol. Anyway every time I see him he would just look at me, but like always I punk out.

What should I do?

P.S. lets say if he is bi I'm not going to mess with him because he is married, however what should I do when I find myself in the "eye contact" thing again?

Well first of all you can never tell for sure by eye contact that somebody is trying to give you some kind of message be it sexual or not! One summer when I was working at a children's residencial camp, I was the cook and there was this another guy who instructed the kids in sailing and I thought that this was just as interested in hooking up with me as I was with him. I got the signles form him, eye contact, body language, I watched him like a hawk for days before I acted, just to be sure - but when I did act apon my gut feelings he ratted me out to the camp director and I lost my job for the summer! I thought for sure I was getting the green light from him but as you can see from my story I was wrong!
Another thing I would like to say is that just because I guy is married to a woman does not mean he would not do something sexual with another man! I see from time to time this guy who has a wife and they just had their first child about a year ago but he still loves having me over when his wife and child go for an overnight visit to her parents who live out of town!
It's very difficult to tell if somebody is interested in you in a sexual way! I wish it was easier like if this thing we gays call 'gaydar' really worked so acturatley that we were 100% sure that the person we were looking at was gay as well and then we could as str8 guys do - flirt and give out our phone numbers! I can't believe how many times the girls I work with tell me that some male customer was hitting on then and even went as far as to give them a phone number on some scrap of paper!
Oh well we can dream, can't we?!!!
Good luck with whatever you end up doing!

I do this too. I consider uncomfortable while I realize any one is observing me. I do not wish any one to consider I'm observing them. They are mostly a little bit shy too. Most women find it irresistible while men make eye touch, peculiarly if the fellow is lovable! But do not count on each person to preserve your gaze. Not each person can do this - doesn't suggest they don't seem to be interested in you. I could try to provoke a few dialog if you're enthusiastic about any one.

He is in a head position where you work; He may only be testing you to see if you are worthy to his standards. Many people do this to intimidate lesser co-workers.

.....and then again.......
