Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender - March 2007

I have been in a relationship for 7 yrs, (civil union)..I found out she was cheating on me...that was 3 yrs ago, and we split up while she was doing this a yr after she started..anyways...we worked thru somethings, moved across state and started really working on our relationship..everything has been fine until the girl starts calling my partner, to be friends again..they started out as friends, but crossed the line when they had relations..the girl calls this week after breaking up with her current gf (who is also married with children) and wants to be friends...I am not ok with this at all...I have given my partner an ultimatum her or me...and she thinks I am over reacting that they should be able to be friends...when the girl first met my partner she began emailing love letters to her and sending her flowers and asking her out...my partner kept telling her no, until 1 yr later...the girl is rude to my partner everytime she gets a gf and wont talk to her...what do I do??? 7yrs here??

Like you never meant it to happen but it did. You'll most likely never meet the person but you can't help but wonder what if? I feel somewhat guilty but clean at the same time. I haven't actually done anything about it, how can I, he is a continenty away. Just wondering if it is normal to fall hard for someone in this forum.

to clear things up. i dont want to make myself belive that im not or are bi/les. But i dont know who i like. Its been like this for a while, and i cant clear things up, like i like this girl, shes a lesbian like 3 grades level higher than me, and shes a player. and i know that, but i still really like her, i have soccer with her. and [because of our grade leve] we like dont ever talk. about a year ago I started having these feelings. First, it was about my best friend's older sister. I felt like I wanted to have woman on woman sex with her and with other girls. She told me that she felt the same way when she was about my age, but she grew out of it. I thought I did too. That was until I started having feelings towards two of my best friends. I can't stop looking at their chests and their asses. I dont necicarily want to do the same thing with them-one because they wouldnt understand. I see two girls at my school who are bi and everyone's perfectly fine with it-but when people found out the first time with me, everyone was so scared of me. Noone would talk to me or anything. They think I'm not bi anymore and they're starting to talk to me again. If I'm bi, I don't wanna come out in fear of noone-not even my friends-not talking to me, and I'm still in deep question if I am bi. What can I do? and how do i know if im bi in the first place?

I know how frustrating it is to listen to her questions without responding, but it is time that we stop responding. It may seem that by answering her question negatively, it will upset her or even change her thinking; that isn't going to happen. She isn't going to care whether the answers are positive or negative, just that people are making the effort to answer her questions. She just wants the attention and we need to stop giving it to her!! Simply report and move on. It's that simple.

Why are some people so rude to gay people? They look at us like a germ or deadly virus. The ONLY difference is we have a different gender prefence. Why do people care who we marry? It dosent affect you in ANY way shape or form.

This is going to sound stupid, but it's something I've been wondering for a while. How does a homosexual know the orientation of someone to whom he or she is attracted if it is not blatantly obvious? Is it just like a hit-or-miss thing where you ask the person out and see what they say or do you just try to get to know the person first to find out? If you're not in a setting where it's already been explicitly stated, how can you tell?

3 weeks ago my girlfriend out of the blue, stopped speaking to me and went away for a week without telling me. After she returned she told me she needed a break from her work and that is why she left. But keep in mind for that week she never tried to contact me and we always talked everyday before this. We talked and worked things out and were getting alone great. She tells me again she needs a break from her job and promised me she would tell me if she decided to go away (out of town). Well, it's been 5 days and I have not heard anything from her. I have so many bad ideas about the situation going through my head and I don't know what to think. Anyone have any suggestion about why she would do it again? We have been together 2 years and her last words to me were how much she loves me and i'm her everything.

Okay so I love guys seriously.
But I was thinking to myself and I can never see myself messing around with a guy because they have a penis. I think it is gross to stick it in your mouth and all that...ewww. ok im a bi girl... and i used to like this girl in my class and she found out i liked her and she would never let it go and she would ALWAYS call me freak and stuff like that... and i kept telling her i didnt like her... but then over the summer she sent me an IM and told me she liked me but i wasnt sure if she meant it or even knew i got it... cuz she kept denying it... and kept calling me freak.... but then i finally stoped liking her a few weeks ago... and ever since i stopped liking her... i have noticed her looking at me more than she ususally dose... like today in gym class i was behind her and she kept look back at me and i got soo annoyed yet confused... and during class every time i glance her way i see her looking at me.... and she kept giving me this hott look... like a look sum1 gives when they think the person they are looking at is hott... and i dont like her but i o think shes sexy... but is she checking me out? or what?
