First AIDS didn't come from gays.
Secondly I believe that every human in this world deserve equal rights. God didn't create us to hate and judge any body. Judging and hating is a sin. Treat others the way you'd like to be treated.
If anything band celebrity marriages. your religious views on homosexuality should have nothing to do with state rights on a homosexual marrage or a strong relationship. Love is love!!

Yes gays should be allowed to get married. I don’t believe in gay rights, I believe in equal rights for every person. Gays pay the same taxes and work as hard as everyone else.
Ken S. I remember reading your answers on here before and I don’t understand you. From the information you gave you’ve never had sex with a woman and you’ve had sexual fantasies about men. You starred a question relating to when a person first knew they were gay. A blind man can see you must be gay or bisexual. Where does all your hostility come from? You also said you’re not religious, so it would appear you have psychological problems.

Good to see someone here is mature enough to at least say "Be adult in answering".
Yes. Anyone should have the rights to marry anyone they want.
Why does the bible or anything religous have to have anything to do with the Gov't.
Bush had rather spend his time banning persons right to love instead of helping the soliders in Iraq.
HE is a loser. A pig. A embarrassment to society.
People who go for bush don't see what he is doing but...OK.
Its ok for human beings to be denied Love & Marriage. But its not denied for them to be sent to be killed off, or any other sort of horrible.
Get it?

Yes, because it's all about the bonds of true love. Gays and lesbians fall in love and so we should be allowed to marry. Church and state should be separate. People are BORN gay. Christianity is an OPTION. Gay people did NOT create AIDS, nor is it a "gay disease." Also, having children is not the sole purpose of human beings pairing up. Think of all the heterosexuals who cannot bear children - YES, GOD made them that way, too. Gays and lesbians can have children - you don't need to be in a heterosexual relationship to get a sperm to fertilize an egg! Because it is wrong to impose the beliefs of god and christianity on everyone, gay people should be allowed to marry.

Baby, take the church out of the state, and NO one can give you a good answer as to why gay men and women shouldn't have the same basic, human, civil rights as their straight brothers and sisters.
Gay people pay taxes just like straight people! They're your doctors, lawyers, school teachers, police women, firemen etc. etc. etc.
Does anyone remember when African-Americans weren't allowed to drink from the same water fountain as whites in this country???? Um... yeah. Enough said.

definitely! Love is love no matter if its b/t 2 men, 2 women or a man and a woman...and if a man and a woman is allowed to get married, 2 men or 2 women should have that right too. No matter what anyone else thinks.

Of course.
Rights aren't denied because of race; Rights shouldn't be denied because of sexual orientation.
It's pretty simple logic and it's a pity that people can't see this.
According to our Constitution, rights are for everyone; They're not selective.
Dear God, I wrote that on an essay refering to the civil rights crisis of African Americans.
Like they say, history repeats.

of course, we're human beings just like straight people. as long as 2 unrelated, consenting adults love each other, and are in a committed, monogamous relationship, it shouldn't matter what their gender, race, religion or culture is. love is love....live and let live! it's not "special rights"....it's equal rights!
