friend left a bag of unwanted clothes out for charity collection.She left jewlery in clothes by mistake. Tried to contact charity but since found out that it wasnt a charity but a gang of con men/women.Been to ploice already but they said they can do nothing. Any ideas??

Perhaps the solution is the little Abuse Button. Print out the Guidelines, read the TOS for Yahoo sites. Scan the data, click the Abuse Report when necessary. No silver bullet, but a mass of cyber-ones.

Financier Warren Buffet, has said that he will be donating 85% of his over 40 billion dollar fortune in July. News sources are saying that he will be donating the majority of the money to the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation in the form of shares of stock.

How would you donate the funds if this were you? Would you give it to individuals to stimulate the economy? If you gave it to individuals who would you give the money to? How would you decide who got the money?

I know the obvious answer is to not return, however, there should be some type of penalty, some type of recourse for consumers. The type of doctor doesn't seem to make a difference, (this time it was a dermotologist Dr. Mesirow) they are all late!
Can we pay them in watches?
