If you are talking about pipe dreams, make them come true. If you are talking about sleeping dreams, according to the Psych Association, dreams are not relative to everyday life: Freud was a hoax man when he analyzed dreams and considered them angst reflection of your life.

Id say - if it was anything like the dream I had last night - about a fish with monkey arms then definitely the latter as long as somebody hasn't dreamed that your inflating or shrinking or having a needless operation or something .
